Another new colleague!

God is SO GOOD!  Hello everyone, so here's a little update, the weddings have been a little slow since moving out here to Hawaii (but still trusting Gods timing), and I'm not going to blame the economy cause everyone is blaming it; don't get me started... Aaanyways, I have been praying for Gods provision and guidance on building the company and really starting to bring some business in and at church last Sunday I was approached by my friend Ashley who is starting a personal training service for brides wanting to get healthy before their wedding.  She told me about a friend of hers who is a wedding coordinator Karine.  We had such a great meeting, she is a wonderful sister in Christ and I can't wait to see how God uses the both of us to share in the love of others on their wedding days.  So if you are looking for a great wedding coordinator who has a talent for translating her clients personality into their weddings, an eye for detail, design, and a great heart for what she does and those she does business with then check out (Click the link) "Seasons of Life Events!"  I am so excited to be in cooperation with this company and can't wait to see God's kingdom furthered!  Happy Spring everyone!

Spring is HERE!

Hello all,

I want to apologize for not blogging lately... I hope you all had a great Easter!  So business has been a little; well okay a lot slow.  I have been really taking this time to really focus on praying and trying to come up with new marketing techniques.  God is showing me a lot about how I need to improve my work ethic and I'm going to ask all you praying folks out there if you can just pray that God gives me time and energy to put into the business... seeing as I work another full time job as a personal trainer, and training for the 70.3 Ironman Triathlon Hawaii coming on May 30th!  So just as a quick closing, I am still booking weddings for 2009-2010 as well as for you juniors in high school... if you're looking to have personalized senior pictures instead of those cookie cutter fake backgrounds for your senior pictures, please shoot me an email :)

Candice & Ryan... Such a wonderful couple :)

This Saturday I was so BLESSED to have the opportunity to do a shoot with Candice & Ryan.  Let me tell you, this is one of the cutest couples EVER!  Our shoot started at about 4:30 and we finished about 8:30, it was one of the most fun 4 hours I've had in a long time and was like a dream shoot, starting with the find of a GREAT GREEN WALL, and funky old couch, followed by a painted palm tree, a great Hawaiian "field of mountains," some rusted junk, and a beautiful sunset lit BEACH on the North Shore!  Here is just a smidgen of some shots that we got from a few of those GREAT locations, but if you want to see the rest... I'll be posting a slideshow shortly, so keep checking back! But for now... ENJOY!!! :)

Hello all so sorry for the delay but it has been a very VERY BUSY week...

Anyways, on Tuesday, March 3rd I had the privilege of photographing another birthday party!  The guest of honor's name was Ann and she is a fantastic person and has some really great friends who took her to a wine tasting restaurant called Brasserie Du Vin.  It was a great restaurant has a very rustic, french country side cottage feel... I loved that atmosphere.  But here are some pictures to add to the anticipation ;)  I will post the slideshow very soon...

A GREAT CHURCH!!!

Well folks, I have been living in Hawaii now for approximately 4 months, since I've been here I have been searching for a good church.  As many of you may have experienced finding a church is somewhat of a process, and I've been to some great churches but none really felt like home... until now!!!  My new room mate told us about this church and we started going and it has been great the people are AWESOME, and Pastor Jordan delivers GREAT and INSPIRING, HEARTFELT messages with a subtle wit about him that keeps you enthused during the message.  Every week it is a bitter sweet battle because I can't wait to get to church and spend time with all the amazing people!!!  But knowing that the next day is Monday, oye... but facing the week is not so bad, when you've heard God's word, through great delivery and great people!  Here are some pictures of our church, Bluewater Mission, today we had a pot luck get together, a great time of fun and fellowship!  God is truly blessing my life!!!  Enjoy!

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY MAILE!!!

What a GREAT!!!  First birthday... not mine, of course, but MAILES!!!  She is such a cute little girl, and was an absolutely adorable little hostess during her birthday where she turned 1 year old!!!  Here in Hawaii, a child's FIRST BIRTHDAY is a very celebrated occasion, and Maile's was my first Lu'au!!!  It was such a fun experience seeing hula dancers and being a part of the festivities!  Here are just a few of the pictures, hope you all enjoy them!!!
